These terms cover your use of Erebus at erebus-trivia.com. By playing, you agree to them. Questions go to andrew@sunn.day.
Using Erebus
Erebus is free to play. You can use it for your own personal, non-commercial learning. Please don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, tamper with scores or other players' data, or interfere with its ads.
Your account
Progress is saved in your browser and, through an anonymous or Google account, in the cloud. You're responsible for your Google account. We may remove accounts that abuse the service. How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.
Content
The facts, questions, memory stories, artwork and code are ours or used with permission. The memory stories are made up to help you remember. We try hard to get the facts right, but some may be wrong or out of date, so don't rely on them for anything important. If you spot a mistake, please email us.
Ads
Erebus is paid for by ads from Google and its partners. We don't control their content, and products advertised aren't endorsed by us.
No warranty
Erebus is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or end any part of it, or reset scores and streaks, at any time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using it, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us, which is nothing.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continuing to play means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province we operate from.
